Account Manager - HSA/TPA

Role Summary Join Associated Bank as a Customer Service Account Manager. You will deliver exceptional support to account holders and business partners, resolve inquiries, coordinate solutions across teams, and ensure a seamless customer experience through phone and digital communication channels. Key Accountabilities Manage inbound calls and shared mailbox inquiries to resolve account holder questions accurately and efficiently. Deliver responsive, professional support for routine, sensitive, and urgent customer issues. Partner with internal departments to resolve concerns and improve the client experience. Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions within client management systems. Organize daily workflows to ensure timely processing of documentation and adherence to service level agreements. Support team operations by backing up other Account Managers as needed. Develop specialized knowledge in assigned product or operational areas, including claims, fraud, or reporting. Maintain compliance with certification, licensing, security, and authentication requirements. Education & Experience High School diploma or equivalent. 1+ years of customer service experience. Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or a related field. Preferred: 1+ years of experience in insurance, HSA, or TPA industries. Preferred: Experience supporting clients through phone and electronic communication channels. Preferred: Knowledge of financial products, account servicing, or claims support processes.
