Essential Job Functions:

• Collecting resident information and dietary data for the Registered Dietitian review.
• Obtaining resident food preferences and providing feedback to the care team.
• Printing and organizing meal tickets in a timely manner prior to meal service.
• Supporting menu planning, conducting meal rounds, and ensuring compliance with dietary standards.
• Participating in facility audits, sanitation checks, and assisting with quality control processes as needed.
• Maintaining Nourishment Kitchens.
• Coordinate the dining experience including set-up, service and clean-up.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

• Computer experience including Microsoft Office, Office 365, EMR.

• One year of food service experience in skilled long-term care facility or hospital healthcare setting.

• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact with individuals of all backgrounds.
• Communication: Effective written, spoken, and non-verbal communication.
• Customer Service: Service-oriented mentality with a focus on exceeding expectations.
• Professionalism: Maintain a positive and professional demeanor and appearance.

Full Time

Hourly Rate:

$17.00 - $22.00 per hour based on experience

Must have the ability to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.
