Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator

Midway Staffing is hiring a reliable and experienced Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator for a busy warehouse environment in Houston, TX . This position involves general warehouse duties, forklift operation, inventory handling, and RF scanning. We are looking for candidates with forklift experience who are dependable, safety-focused, and available to start immediately.

Location: Houston Texas 77038
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $17.00/hr
Start Date: 09/17/2026

Essential Duties

• Operate forklifts safely to move, stage, and organize materials
• Use RF scanners to accurately track and process inventory
• Pick, pack, sort, and prepare products for shipping
• Load and unload products and materials
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks
• Maintain an organized and safe warehouse environment
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements

• Previous forklift operating experience required
• RF scanning experience preferred
• Comfortable performing warehouse labor throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Steel toe shoes/boots required
• Must be available to start immediately
