Accounts Receivable Specialist I

Accounts Payable Assistant – Richardson, TX Position: Full‑time or Temporary (as indicated) Compensation: $25.00–$30.00 per hour Responsibilities: Process check requests and expense reports on a regular basis. Accurately review, code, and process payments. Maintain accurate payment documentation and ensure compliance with company policies. Verify vendor information and purchase orders, and match invoices. Control expenses and support reconciliations. Provide financial, administrative, and clerical support within the department. Qualifications: Four‑Year College Degree (BA or BS) in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field. 3 to 5 years of experience in accounts payable or related financial administration. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency with AP systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
