Roessel Joy is looking for a Business Development Associate to join the sales team. The role is best suited for an independent self-starter with a high level of drive and the ability to function confidently and professionally within a sales environment.

Responsibilities: Source, qualify, and contact clients Keep detailed records of clients’ information and past feedback for future roles Manage a portfolio of clients and maintain good relationships with them Adhere to core activity metrics laid out by management Managing ongoing assignments to deliver outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates Participate in local trade association and networking events to increase Roessel Joy Staffing LLC presence in the local business community

Requirements: BS/BA in business management or sales field preferred Excellent verbal and written communications and relationship-building skills Ability to work in a fast-paced competitive sales environment Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail Desire to grow and take on more responsibilities Desire to exceed metric benchmarks and become a top producer
