Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We are currently seeking an energetic and dedicated Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Schedule: 7am-3pm with every other weekend. Part Time also available. Salary: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour – based on experience. Shift differential offered for night, evening and weekend shifts. Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, changing of bed linens, positioning, transfer, mobility, and incontinence care as needed. Assist in monitoring medication programs. Dispense medication in accordance with physician orders and as stated on the Medication Administration Record for all residents. Monitor and report any resident changes in condition in accordance with rules and regulations and PSL policies. Education & Experience Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse with a current license in good standing. Minimum of one year of experience working as a nurse serving a senior population.
