Your role at Chase will significantly contribute to the branch's success by delivering exceptional client experiences, building trusted relationships, and helping clients achieve their financial goals. Job Responsibilities Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients as they enter the branch, managing lobby traffic with a tablet, checking clients into the waiting queue, and scheduling or canceling client meetings. Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing and maintenance, opening new accounts, and maintaining compliance with all policies, procedures, regulatory, and banking requirements. Educate and assist clients with day‑to‑day banking transactions, including technology self‑service options such as the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs. Build meaningful relationships with clients by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions, while partnering with other branch team members to help clients achieve their financial goals. Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault or ATM, while adhering to all bank policies and procedures. Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures. Client service experience or comparable experience. High school diploma or GED equivalent.
