The Position Our community bank client is seeking a Personal Banker in Waukesha, WI. The successful candidate will handle customer service functions while maintaining positive relationships with coworkers and clients. The role offers a salary up to $65K plus incentives and excellent benefits. (This is not a remote position) Responsibilities include: Manage customer bank accounts: open, close, and oversee transactions Resolve issues related to banking services and accounts Answer customer inquiries via phone regarding deposits and basic loans Perform account maintenance and updates for banking products Follow bank operating procedures Handle reporting and other tasks as assigned by supervisor Escalate issues when necessary to ensure excellent customer service Who Are You?
