What You’ll Do Build concepts executing the visual strategy for our brands across multiple consumer touchpoints including packaging, promotional materials, visual communications, eCommerce, social media, etc. Ensure brand guidelines and directives are embraced consistently and creatively. Communicate and justify conceptual and directional choices. Be accountable for excellent execution. The Ideal Candidate Stellar packaging experience across a variety of industries. Uses empathy and non-linear thinking; must be able to see the consumer as a person and ideate solutions with the consumer in mind. Has strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to justify your conceptual and directional design choices with multi-functional partners. Is comfortable giving and receiving feedback. Is flexible in an environment of constant change and able to engage and influence across functional partners. Has superior time and project management skills; possesses the ability to set priorities and be accountable. Job Qualifications BA/BS in Graphic Design or a similar field. Entry to 3 years of full-time design work experience is ideal (outside of freelance work). A portfolio that demonstrates mastery in design principles and brand identity. Your portfolio will be assessed on creative excellence, storytelling, independent ideation, problem-solving, and technical mastery. Experience designing for digital, packaging, and in-store displays with a basic understanding of print feasibility. Expertise in the latest graphics and business programs: Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and Microsoft (Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.). Ability to work onsite at our Cincinnati, OH office 3‑5 days per week. Preferred Qualifications A passion for beauty, with an understanding of category trends and the competitive landscape. A keen eye and attention to detail is critical to win in the beauty category. Knowledge of digital UX/UI design principles and a familiarity with AI‑enabled tools used in creating quick prototypes, design iterations, and enhancing ideation speed and creativity. Compensation Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non‑discriminatory factors, including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience. Total rewards at P&G include salary, optional bonus, and benefits.
