Commercial Project Manager

Artemis Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Project Manager to oversee and execute large-scale commercial construction projects across multiple locations in various states for our partnered client. This role requires an experienced leader who can manage projects from pre-construction to completion while ensuring quality, safety, budget, and timeline adherence. As a Commercial Project Manager , you will work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality commercial builds. This role requires extensive travel, project oversight, and the ability to manage multiple job sites effectively. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee multiple commercial construction projects across various locations. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain project quality and efficiency. Ensure all projects comply with company standards, local codes, and safety regulations. Conduct on-site visits, inspections, and meetings to track progress and address challenges. Manage project documentation, reporting, and financial forecasting. Resolve issues and conflicts that arise during the construction process. Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular project updates. Ensure compliance with contract terms and negotiate change orders when necessary. Qualifications & Skills: Experience: 5+ years in commercial construction project management. Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required). Travel: Willingness to travel extensively to job sites across different states. Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations. Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar). Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Experience working with general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors. Why Join Our Team? Competitive Compensation: Annual salary range of $90,000 to $115,000, commensurate with experience.
