Salary: $150,000 – $225,000 + Bonus Location: New York, NY (On-Site)Day to Day – Responsibilities* Execute and support buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions from pitch through closing

• Build and maintain detailed financial models, valuation analyses and transaction materials
• Support Healthcare Services MDs and senior bankers across live transactions and strategic assignments
• Assist with deal sourcing, business development and origination activities
• Prepare pitch books, information memorandums, management presentations and other client materials
• Conduct company, industry and market research across Healthcare Services sub-sectors
• Participate in due diligence processes and coordinate with clients, legal advisors, accounting firms and other third parties
• Develop and maintain knowledge of current Healthcare Services market trends, valuations and M&A activity
• Work toward developing long-term relationships and expertise within a specific Healthcare Services sub-sector
• Provide guidance and mentorship to Analysts while contributing to a collaborative team environment
• Take increasing ownership of transaction execution and client-facing responsibilities
• Travel as needed to support clients and transactionsBasic Requirements* BA/BS in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field
• 3–5 years of relevant Investment Banking experience
• Strong M&A execution experience is required
• Experience working on both buy-side and sell-side transactions preferred
• Healthcare Services experience strongly preferred, particularly within Physician Services, Behavioral Health, Healthcare IT, Outsourced Services or other provider-focused businesses
• Strong financial modeling, valuation and analytical skills
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with senior bankers and clients
• Series 7, 79 and 63 licenses preferred
• Willingness to travel as needed by clients
• Strong interest in building a long-term career within Healthcare Investment Banking
