Senior Manager, Upstream Marketing (Hybrid)

Senior Manager leading upstream marketing strategy for Stryker's intravascular lithotripsy portfolio. This hybrid role in Boston involves developing market insights, defining portfolio lifecycle strategies, and collaborating across R&D and clinical teams to drive innovation and growth in the cardiovascular space.
Responsibilities
- Lead competitive intelligence and market analysis to guide strategy and improve market positioning
- Drive customer insights through voice-of-customer research, surveys, and trend analysis
- Identify unmet clinical needs and innovation opportunities across the portfolio
- Own portfolio and lifecycle management from discovery through commercialization and obsolescence
- Collaborate with R&D, Clinical Affairs, and cross-functional teams on new product development and KOL strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of work experience
- 7+ years in medical device or cardiovascular marketing/sales
- 4+ years of people management experience
- Upstream marketing experience in endovascular, cardiovascular, VTE, or structural heart
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Compensation: $162,700 - $271,100 USD Annual
