Senior Director, Access Marketing and Operations
Disc Medicine
Role Senior Director, Marketing and Operations within Market Access, leading strategies to optimize patient access for Disc Medicine's hematologic therapies. Responsibilities develop and execute payer and access marketing initiatives targeting managed care entities; manage cross-functional teams for patient and HCP engagement; oversee Market Access operations including analytics, training, budget management, and industry activities; ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Requirements Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred), 15+ years in biopharma commercial roles with 5+ years in Market Access, extensive experience with rare/ orphan drugs, HUB services, reimbursement, and specialty pharmacy; deep understanding of payer systems like Medicare Part D; proven leadership in fast-paced, matrixed environments with strong stakeholder influence skills. High-Value expertise in rare/orphan hematologic diseases, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement strategies, and payer engagement; experience with launches and access marketing; strategic leadership in commercial operations.
