Senior Director, Global Market Access

Cogent Biosciences seeks a Senior Director of Global Market Access to develop and execute market access strategies for oncology products across international markets and the US. The role involves translating clinical and economic value into payer strategies while partnering with cross-functional teams including HEOR, Medical Affairs, and Commercial.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global market access strategies for oncology pipeline products across the product lifecycle
- Identify market access opportunities, risks, and barriers across US and priority international markets
- Develop market-specific strategies informed by payer dynamics, HTA requirements, and competitive landscapes
- Lead integration of market access and HEOR perspectives into overall value strategy for oncology assets
- Partner with HEOR and Medical Affairs to define evidence requirements and develop evidence-generation strategies
Requirements
- Strong oncology market access experience with proven track record
- Solid understanding of payer and reimbursement dynamics
- Experience developing market access strategies across international markets
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams
- Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability in biotech environments
