Global Marketing Director, Consumer Strategy and Market Development, Migraine

Role Lead global consumer and market development strategy for Dysport in migraine, focusing on patient insights, behavior, and market barriers. Responsibilities develop patient segmentation, journey mapping, and value propositions; leverage advanced analytics, AI, and emerging tech to identify unmet needs and optimize strategies; collaborate with cross-functional teams including Medical, Market Access, and Insights; oversee external agencies; measure performance with KPIs; support global launch and market shaping efforts; and drive patient engagement and advocacy initiatives. Requirements 10+ years in pharma or healthcare with expertise in patient strategy, market development, and data-driven insights; experience with neuro or specialty therapies, patient activation, and digital analytics preferred. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred), strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and experience supporting global or above-country strategies; familiarity with real-world data and AI tools advantageous. High-Value migraine (neuro focus), patient journey, market development, advanced analytics, AI-enabled segmentation, global scope, hybrid work from Cambridge, MA, with some travel.
