Ensure legal compliance and mitigate risk.Foster the company's culture while encouraging open and transparent communications.Drive organizational design decisions and lead change management and communication plans.Implement employee engagement activities for client group.Contribute to the design and implementation of integrated talent solutions that drive positive changes across the organization.In partnership with Talent Acquisition, maintain rigor in selection and assessment practices ensuring that appropriate tools are used to support the hiring decision-making process.Minimum QualificationsBachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field is required. Masters degree/MBA preferred or equivalent experience.Eight (8)+ years of progressive responsibility in human resources disciplines including organizational effectiveness, change management, talent management with demonstrated success in HR business partnering, preferably within a dispersed multi-location entity. This pay range is posted to comply with wage transparency laws.
