What Youll Do:
- Greet customers and assist with their service needs
- Listen carefully to concerns and communicate them to technicians
- Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance
- Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicles
- Deliver exceptional customer service from start to finish
What Were Looking For:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic knowledge of vehicles (a plus, but not required)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
