Housing Case Manager - Build Stable Futures

Jamboree

Jamboree, a nonprofit housing developer, seeks a Housing Case Manager in Sacramento, CA to support residents experiencing homelessness. You will help residents build life skills, set goals, and access housing stability services, while coordinating with property management and community supports. You will maintain tenant rosters, monitor crisis signals, and deliver on-site education and wellness events. Some evening/weekend hours and statewide travel are required. #J-18808-Ljbffr Jamboree
