Housing Case Manager — Outreach & Permanent Housing

Kids for the Future

City Net is seeking Case Managers to provide housing-focused oversight for individuals and families experiencing homelessness. You will conduct street outreach, assess housing needs, and connect clients to medical, mental health, and housing support services in partnership with nonprofits, government entities, and healthcare providers. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm, with opportunities to impact housing outcomes. #J-18808-Ljbffr Kids for the Future
