Service Desk Analyst Associate

Summary This entry‑level Tier‑1 technical support role focuses on providing first contact resolution for routine software and hardware issues. The position involves troubleshooting, documenting incidents, escalating when necessary, and maintaining strong customer satisfaction. Candidates should be recent graduates or individuals with 0‑2 years of experience eager to begin a career in technical support. Responsibilities Deliver Tier‑1 technical customer support. Troubleshoot and restore basic technical services. Document all incidents accurately in the ticketing system. Follow workflows and escalation procedures. Maintain high customer satisfaction. Provide shift coverage as needed. Qualifications Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Understanding of business workflows and operations for supported functions. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized. Professional communication across email, phone, video, and in person. Reliable attendance and ability to work between 7AM‑7PM (8‑hour shifts). Positive, professional demeanor and ability to work well with others. Willingness to accept supervision and collaborate.
