Facilities Coordinator

• Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday (8:00am - 5:00pm)

Job Description :

As a Facilities Coordinator, you will provide support to conference services across the site. The main focus will be carrying out routine tasks to help maintain meeting spaces, conference rooms, and workplace environments to an acceptable standard.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Assist with setting up and resetting meeting rooms (furniture layout, basic equipment, refreshments).

• Ensure rooms are clean, tidy, and ready for use.

• Support delivery of services such as cleaning, waste, and catering.

• Assist contractors or service providers when necessary.

• Provide a polite and helpful service to employees and visitors.

• Assist with basic administrative or record-keeping tasks.

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• High School Diploma/GED

• Must be reliable and punctual

• Possess a good attitude and teamwork skills

• Must be able to walk/lift/carry items for the duration of the shift

Pay Details: $20.39 to $21.00 per hour
