Job Details:
Our company is seeking Fire Alarm Estimator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in fire sprinkler/alarm sales or a related field. This is a permanent position that offers the opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals in the construction industry. The Fire Alarm Estimator will play a key role in our projects, providing accurate cost estimates for fire alarm and sprinkler systems. If you are a highly motivated individual with a strong understanding of fire alarm systems and a knack for numbers, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.


Responsibilities:
The Fire Alarm Estimator will be responsible for a range of tasks including but not limited to:

1. Preparing comprehensive cost estimates for fire alarm systems in line with project specifications and plans.
2. Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and architects to understand project requirements.
3. Conducting site visits and surveys to gather necessary data for cost estimation.
4. Analyzing blueprints, schematics, and technical documents to prepare estimates.
5. Keeping abreast of industry trends and advancements in fire alarm technology.
8. Preparing and presenting detailed reports to management and customers
9. Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 1 year of experience in fire sprinkler sales, fire alarm estimation, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in preparing accurate cost estimates for fire alarm systems.
3. In-depth knowledge of fire alarm systems, including their design, installation, and functionality.
4. Strong numerical skills and a keen eye for detail.
5. Exceptional negotiation skills with a proven track record of securing favorable terms.
6. A solid understanding of safety regulations and industry standards related to fire alarm systems.
7. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
8. The ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently when required.
9. A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field would be advantageous.
10. Proficiency in the use of estimation software and other relevant computer applications.
