CT Technologist PRN

Seeking a highly skilled Radiologic Technologist with ARRT-R and ARRT-CT certifications, as well as BLS certification, to perform diagnostic imaging procedures independently and accurately. Responsibilities include: providing safe, age-appropriate patient care; verifying orders; obtaining clinical history; preparing patients; operating imaging equipment; ensuring image quality; adhering to radiation safety; and documenting procedures. Assisting with contrast administration, emergency response, and equipment maintenance while ensuring patient privacy and comfort. Explaining procedures to patients, addressing questions, and providing preparatory instructions to minimize anxiety. Maintaining equipment, ensuring calibration, and troubleshooting malfunctions. Qualifications: Minimum 1 year radiology experience, proficiency in all aspects of CT, excellent communication, customer service, and multitasking skills. Knowledge of anatomy, pathology, and quality control standards is essential. Additional requirements: Ability to work flexible hours, demonstrate independence, collaborate with teams, and uphold safety and regulatory standards.
