Service Technician

Dealership: L0275 Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Spokane Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Spokane Automotive Service Technician Pay: Flat rate with annual range of $32-$42 flat rate Schedule: Full time, exact schedule to be discussed at interview. Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Friday options are available. Department Hours: 7 am to 6 pm Monday-Friday, 8 am to 4 pm on Saturday, closed on Sunday. This position is located onsite in Spokane WA and reports to the Fixed Operations Manager. Why Join Our Team? Consistent workload with plenty of hours to flag Solid parts team that keeps jobs moving Well-equipped bays with OEM diagnostics and specialty tools No micromanagement — We hire professionals and let them work Advisors who can communicate, write clean ROs, and actually sell Straightforward, drama-free team culture What You'll Do Accurately diagnose and repair vehicles to OEM standards Flag hours on CP, warranty, and internal ROs Complete multi-point inspections and video walkarounds Road-test vehicles to verify quality of work Stay current on required OEM and Mopar training Maintain a clean and organized stall What You'll Bring Minimum 3 year of professional technician experience (dealership preferred) Valid driver's license and clean driving record Your own tools and toolbox Desire to produce and be part of a high-output team Mopar or ASE certifications are a plus (but not required) Total Rewards Flat rate pay range for this role is $32-$42 per flagged hour. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
