Wastewater Project Manager

*Municipal Wastewater Experience Required A well-established, 100% employee-owned environmental and infrastructure consulting firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager (P.E.) to play a key role in its growing municipal water/wastewater practice in the San Antonio market. This is a seller-doer opportunity for someone who enjoys building client relationships, winning work, and delivering high-quality municipal projects that make a meaningful impact on communities. The Opportunity In this role, you will take a prominent position within the local water/wastewater group, combining project delivery, client engagement, and business development. You will have the autonomy to help shape the practice while remaining technically involved in impactful work. Key responsibilities include: Managing multiple municipal water, wastewater, and reuse projects of varying size and complexity Leading projects through planning, design, and construction while maintaining scope, schedule, budget, and quality Actively engaging clients and expanding trusted relationships in the San Antonio area Supporting business development efforts, including proposal preparation and project pursuit Building, mentoring, and supporting a high-performing local team Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in civil, environmental, chemical, or mechanical engineering Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in the State of Texas (required) 7+ years of experience in municipal water/wastewater/reuse engineering Proven experience managing projects with full responsibility for budget, schedule, contracts, and quality Demonstrated passion for business development and growing client relationships Why Consider This Role?
