Key Responsibilities\n \n Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients to facilitate effective therapy sessions. \n Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders, including depression, anxiety, and relational conflicts. \n Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs, goals, and circumstances. \n Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). \n Regularly evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing assessments, feedback, and therapeutic outcomes. \n Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals and refer clients to specialists when appropriate to ensure well-rounded care. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n In this role, you will engage with a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with various mental health issues, couples seeking to enhance their relationships, and families navigating challenges together. Your efforts will play a vital role in helping clients develop coping strategies, improve communication skills, and foster emotional healing. Qualifications\n \n Active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required. \n A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Psychology, or a related field is essential. \n Proven experience in a therapeutic setting, offering individual and group therapy is preferred. \n Excellent organizational and time-management skills to juggle a variety of clients and administrative tasks efficiently. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Experience working with diverse populations and familiarity with culturally responsive therapy practices. \n Knowledge of therapeutic techniques and interventions specific to family and couples counseling. \n Proficiency in telehealth technology and understanding of its application in therapeutic settings. \n Compensation and Benefits\n The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
