Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct thorough mental health assessments and ethical one-on-one counseling sessions via secure video platforms. \n Utilize solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. \n Create and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at fostering client growth and improvement in their quality of life. \n Help clients gain insight into their emotions, thoughts, and interpersonal relationships, guiding them toward healthier coping strategies. \n Monitor and document clients' progress throughout their treatment journey, adjusting plans as necessary to facilitate optimal outcomes. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n Our counselors predominantly work with stable, low acuity adults experiencing various mental health challenges. Your role will not only extend to individual therapy but also facilitate their journey toward improved mental wellness. You will foster an atmosphere of trust and acceptance, empowering clients to confront and manage their mental health issues effectively. Qualifications\n \n A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field. \n Current and valid license to practice independently as a: \n \n Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) \n Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) \n Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) \n \n No limited or provisional licenses, and no history of disciplinary actions. \n Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and exhibit exceptional interpersonal skills. \n Strong computer literacy to effectively utilize our telehealth platforms and maintain client records. \n Preferred Experience\n While experience in various therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy, is preferred, we are willing to provide additional training for the right candidate. Experience collaborating within a remote health care team is a plus. Compensation and Benefits\n The compensation for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to USD 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
