Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain positive, trusting relationships with clients to foster open communication and therapeutic engagement.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health disorders, utilizing standardized tools and clinical judgment.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs, focusing on their strengths and areas for growth.
• Lead therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and family groups, using a variety of therapeutic approaches such as CBT, EMDR, or systemic therapy as appropriate.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress on a regular basis, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on outcomes and feedback.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care, including referring clients to additional specialists when needed.
• Engage in continuous professional development and participate in team meetings and case reviews to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

• Valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Strong understanding of mental health conditions and therapeutic modalities relevant to individual, couple, and family therapy.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to confidentiality and ethical practice.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
