In this full-time position, you will work remotely, providing essential mental health services through telehealth. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health and emotional well-being through telehealth sessions, utilizing structured interview techniques and standardized assessment tools.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clients' unique needs, goals, and preferences, ensuring alignment with evidence-based practices.
• Provide diverse therapeutic interventions, including individual, couples, and group therapy sessions delivered via telehealth, adapting your approaches based on each client's progress and feedback.
• Monitor clients' progress during therapy, using data-driven analysis to revise treatment plans as needed, and ensuring that clients are engaged in their recovery journey.
• Offer crisis intervention services and support to clients experiencing acute distress, utilizing de-escalation techniques and ensuring safety.
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards of practice.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training sessions, workshops, and supervision, staying informed of the latest advancements in mental health treatments and methodologies.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and the standards of practice established by relevant licensing boards and organizations.

Qualifications
