Work Environment

This position will be conducted remotely, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while connecting with clients through our telehealth facility. The telehealth environment encourages innovative approaches to client care while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism. The core work hours for this role are Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm; however, availability for occasional evenings or weekends may be required to meet client needs, enhancing accessibility for those we serve.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain a diverse caseload of clients, establishing and nurturing positive therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.
• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, discuss treatment goals, and determine appropriate discharge planning when necessary.
• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to meet each client's unique needs and preferences.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress notes in accordance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to effectively evaluate clients’ needs upon their entry into our services.
• Carry out individual therapy sessions each week, promoting client engagement in the therapeutic process.
• Participate in regular individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and foster professional development.
• Engage in collaborative case discussions with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Adopt a growth mindset, actively seeking opportunities for personal and professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily focuses on an outpatient population, encompassing individuals and families experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges. Services provided will cater to diverse age groups, backgrounds, and presenting issues, emphasizing culturally sensitive and person-centered care to enhance client resilience and recovery.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.
• Current and unrestricted LPC licensure in Texas, demonstrating the ability to practice independently.
• A minimum of one year of direct clinical experience in an outpatient setting following graduation.

Preferred Experience

• Proficient skills in providing individual psychotherapy to diverse populations, particularly in a telehealth format.
• Experience in conducting intake assessments and developing initial treatment plans.
• Comfort with technology and experience utilizing software systems for managing client records (such as RMS systems, Excel spreadsheets, and Outlook).

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package. Compensation is structured under a fee-for-service model with guaranteed initial rates that ensure immediate payment ahead of collections, eliminating the waiting period typically associated with reimbursement.
