Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health challenges, developing tailored treatment programs based on the specific needs of each client.
• Provide individualized and couple's therapy, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques to foster personal growth and effective coping strategies.
• Create and maintain collaborative therapeutic goals with clients, tracking their progress through data-driven methodologies and regular check-ins.
• Utilize modern teletherapy solutions for clients who prefer or require virtual sessions due to mobility issues or lifestyle preferences.
• Participate actively in team meetings, contributing to case discussions and sharing best practices to enhance clinical outcomes.
• Implement evidence-based practices in your therapy sessions, ensuring the highest standard of care and adapting approaches to fit individual client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your clinical practice will encompass a diverse range of clients, including adults, children, and adolescents. The goal is to provide therapeutic support to individuals, couples, and families dealing with relationship issues, mental health disorders, and life transitions. Your empathy and skills will be utilized to navigate complex family dynamics and promote sustainable wellness.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted LMFT license in the State of New York.
• Proven experience working with diverse populations, particularly with adults, children, and adolescents.
• Strong clinical skills in individual, couple, and family therapy.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and techniques.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage client documentation and treatment plans efficiently.
• Background in managing crises and facilitating group therapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to USD 101,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses. We offer a comprehensive compensation package that includes:
