Senior Accountant

Duration: Until October 26th 2026 (with a possibility of extension) Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid) Overview We are looking for an accounting professional with experience in both general ledger accounting and financial/regulatory reporting . This role supports two key work streams within the business: Joint Venture Accounting (50%) – managing accounting activities related to joint venture assets, including general ledger responsibilities. Reporting (50%) – preparing and supporting internal management reporting, external partner reporting, and regulatory/GAAP reporting. Key Responsibilities Perform general ledger accounting activities for joint venture assets. Support accounting and financial reporting processes. Prepare and review internal management reports. Assist with external partner and regulatory reporting requirements. Ensure compliance with GAAP and other applicable reporting standards. Contribute to accurate and timely financial reporting. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Experience with general ledger accounting . Experience with financial reporting , such as: Regulatory reporting GAAP reporting Internal management reporting Ability to work across both accounting and reporting functions.
