BeiGene, Ltd. is seeking a Senior Director, Study Start‑Up Americas, to lead strategic planning and execution of study start‑up activities across clinical programs in North America. This role ensures rapid, high‑quality site activation and provides leadership to cross‑functional teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a line manager and a strong understanding of global clinical trial regulations, alongside a Bachelor’s degree in a life sciences discipline.
