Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med Surg/Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 2 years of current Medical Surgical experience License: Current state RN license Certifications: - Active American Heart Association BLS - Active American Heart Association ACLS - National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Must-Have: - Telemetry experience - Willingness to float to any Medical Surgical unit - Basic Dysrhythmia course completion Description: This position requires a Registered Nurse specializing in Med Surg/Telemetry. The role involves providing care to patients in a medical-surgical setting. Nurses must be able to float to different Medical Surgical units as needed. Active participation in holidays and weekend shifts is expected if required. Travelers must have their own vehicle for this assignment. All scheduling requests must be made prior to submission. Application requires the upload of all relevant certifications and documentation. Familiarity with Meditech Expanse is highly preferred. Personal scrubs of any color are required for this position. All requested time off during the assignment must be noted. Travelers residing within 50 miles of the facility will not be considered. It is essential that all communication devices have voicemail set up for effective contact.
