Talent Acquisition Project Intern (E-Commerce) – 2026 Summer (BS/MS) | TikTok Location: Los Angeles, CA (in-person). This internship is part of TikTok’s E-commerce team, which designs and builds the full commerce experience, connecting creators, sellers, and buyers globally through innovative technology for live shopping, product discovery, checkout, and logistics. The role focuses on expanding the E‑commerce organization by identifying and attracting top technical talent while ensuring a welcoming, high‑quality candidate experience. TL;DR Role: Internship Type: Full-time Location: In-person, LosAngeles, CA Pay: $23.75 hourly Team: Talent Acquisition team within the E-commerce organization Mission: Identify, engage, and attract top technical talent for critical roles within the E-commerce organization and ensure a high-quality candidate experience Tech Stack: LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media platforms, technical forums What You’ll Actually Do Support hiring managers and recruiters in understanding technical requirements, defining candidate profiles, and calibrating talent needs for both English and Mandarin-speaking regions Assist in developing and executing sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of top technical talent for critical roles Identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other technical communities Participate in refining sourcing processes and tools to boost efficiency, candidate quality, and overall effectiveness of the hiring funnel Support various talent acquisition projects, such as organizing virtual hiring events, gathering data for market intelligence reports, and assisting with diversity-focused sourcing initiatives Must-Haves Background: Student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree Experience: No prior experience required; must commit to a 6‑month full-time work period during 2026 Summer. Prior internship or project experience in HR or recruiting is preferred Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, high motivation to learn about technical and non-technical recruitment Bonus: Familiarity with or strong interest in learning sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, an interest in the tech industry (specifically Product Management, Design, Strategy, or Data Science roles), and a data-driven mindset with a willingness to learn how to use metrics #J-18808-Ljbffr TikTok
