You will design and manage strategies that provide Wayfair with a distinct market edge, utilizing your analytical insights to enhance the overall journey for both suppliers and customers. We are currently looking for talent in the following areas:What You'll DoSupport the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, launches, and customer-facing initiatives across relevant channels.Partner with Creative and cross-functional stakeholders to develop briefs, messaging, assets, timelines, and launch plans.Monitor campaign and business performance, identify trends, and communicate insights and recommendations to internal partners.Use data to evaluate customer engagement, campaign effectiveness, competitive activity, and opportunities for improvement.Help maintain marketing calendars, project trackers, reporting materials, and operational processes.Coordinate deliverables across multiple teams and ensure work is completed accurately, on time, and in line with business objectives.Conduct research on customers, competitors, categories, products, and market trends to inform marketing decisions.Support testing and optimization efforts, including creative, messaging, offers, content, and channel execution.Prepare clear, concise updates and presentations for stakeholders at varying levels of the organization.Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture and take on special projects as needed.What You'll Need0-3 years of transferable experience in a corporate environment, including internship and co-op experience.Bachelor's degree.A strong interest in emerging technology and the ability to integrate generative AI tools (e.g. Gemini) into daily tasks to drive efficiencies.Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship by Wayfair now or in the future.
