This role will play a critical part in maintaining system integrity, configuring integrations, and supporting HR, Payroll, Absence Management and Benefits operations across a complex, international professional services environment spanning 30 countries. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise in Workday, particularly in integrations, reporting, and core HCM functionality, along with a proactive mindset and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, global organization. We are looking for someone who combines strong HRIS expertise with excellent consulting and stakeholder management skills. This role will also help advance the use of Generative AI and automation to improve data integrity and support processes. Key Responsibilities - Provide day-to-day technical support and configuration for the Workday HCM platform - Design, build, test, and maintain Workday integrations, including Studio-based integrations - Support and configure Workday Benefits, Payroll integrations, Absence Management, and related modules - Participate in rotational support of HRIS and payroll integration mailboxes, ensuring timely issue resolution - Troubleshoot and resolve integration errors, data issues, and system defects - Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields to support business needs - Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver system solutions - Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across Workday processes and integrations - Support global HRIS initiatives, system enhancements, and releases - Document system configurations, processes, and integration designs - Assist in testing activities including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing - Support continuous improvement efforts and identify opportunities to optimize system functionality - Demonstrate willingness to learn and support Ceridian Payroll as part of the broader payroll ecosystem AI & Automation - Identify, design, and implement Generative AI and AI agent solutions to improve HRIS operations, with a focus on automating data integrity validation between Workday and payroll systems and proactively identifying discrepancies
- Leverage AI-driven tools to analyze, triage, and automate responses within HRIS support mailbox, improving response times, reducing manual effort, and identifying recurring issues for automation Required Qualifications - Strong familiarity (3 to 5 years) with Workday HCM platform - Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholder - Hands-on experience with Workday Benefits, including configuration and integration support - Experience with Workday Payroll integrations (PECI, PICOF etc.) - Experience supporting Workday Absence Management (Time Off) - Proven experience with Workday integrations, including Workday Studio - Proficiency in Workday reporting and calculated fields - Strong knowledge of Workday's security tools and architecture - Experience troubleshooting integration issues and data flows - Familiarity with or interest in applying Generative AI and automation in HRIS environments - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Preferred Qualifications - Familiarity with Workday Time Tracking - Experience with additional Workday products such as Prism, Learning, Recruiting, Advanced Compensation, and Talent Management - Exposure to global HRIS environments supporting multiple countries - Experience working with AI tools, automation platforms, or scripting for process optimization Key Competencies - Technical expertise in HRIS systems and integrations - Strong attention to detail and data accuracy - Ability to work in a global, matrixed organization - Customer-focused mindset with strong service orientation - Continuous learning mindset and adaptability to new technologies Work Environment This role operates within a global professional services firm with employees across 30 countries. The salary range for this position is 110000 USD to 125000 USD. Compensation is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience and skills.
