Production Supervisor

Description Are you ready to take charge and lead the construction of beautiful new homes? We're seeking a dynamic Production Supervisor to join our team! This role offers the perfect blend of on-site leadership, problem-solving, and customer interaction. You'll work closely with project managers, oversee construction, ensure safety, and deliver top-quality homes to delighted customers. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about the home-building process, this could be your next career move! Lead the Charge: Oversee all construction activities, driving projects to completion on schedule while maintaining the highest quality standards. Be the Job Site Conductor: Supervise job sites with a focus on safety, craftsmanship, and seamless collaboration with trade partners, inspectors, and homeowners. Master the Materials: Efficiently manage ordering, inventory, and cost control to keep projects running smoothly and on budget. Stay on Schedule: Ensure every project meets company timelines, safety protocols, and waste management guidelines. Inspire the Team: Guide, train, and motivate production assistants to excel, fostering a supportive and high-energy team atmosphere. Champion Homeowner Experience: Keep communication flowing with homeowners, providing weekly updates and top-notch customer service throughout the process. Coordinate and Connect: Seamlessly manage utility installations, inspections, and all site operations to keep every build moving forward without a hitch. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 1(one) year of project management experience Construction or related industry experience, preferred Previous experience in a production role or similar capacity, preferred Minimum of 1 (one) year of supervisory experience. Must use personal large vehicle (such as a truck) for job-related tasks. If you do not currently own a suitable vehicle, you will be expected to purchase one within 90 days of your start date.
