**Job Overview: **

Express is seeking someone who is able to produce core and shell material for the casting process by operating various blending equipment, and who is also able to operate a sit-down forklift.

Responsibilities:

• Precision weighing, blending and packing of ceramic mix per Engineering procedures and formulation instructions.
• Processing, blending and sampling of various ceramic and other materials per blending instructions and Engineering procedures.
• Work as assigned in other areas of ceramic blending operation.
• Responsible for housekeeping in work areas assigned.
• Responsible for material movement and warehouse location per computerized inventory and production system.

Requirements:

• HS Diploma or equivalent

• Previous forklift experience

• Previous work experience in a manufacturing/warehouse environment

• Good reading, math and comprehension skills

• Ability to lift 35 lbs.

• Must have good organizational and time management skills

• Must be able to work both daily and weekend overtime

• Must have some basic computer knowledge

• Must be a team player and have good attendance

• Operates Forklift – 30%

• Standing / Walking – 60%

• Climb Ladders / Cat Crawls (approx. 10 ft.) – 10%
