Overview: The client is looking for an experienced platform engineer to lead the ongoing development, optimization, and administration of a large-scale enterprise workflow and service management environment. This individual will play a key role in enhancing platform capabilities, supporting complex business processes, and driving improvements across multiple operational areas. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of platform engineering, systems integration, and administration experience, with the ability to navigate highly customized environments and support enterprise-wide solutions. - 10+ years of experience supporting, engineering, and enhancing enterprise technology platforms and business-critical systems
- Strong background in service management, operational resilience, security-related processes, and workflow automation within large-scale enterprise environments
- Experience establishing and maintaining configuration, asset, or data governance frameworks to support organizational visibility and operational effectiveness
- Proven ability to support and scale enterprise platforms across multiple business functions, geographic locations, or complex organizational structures
