Agency :Havas Media New YorkJob Description :Havas Media Network North America, the Media Experience agency, is looking for a Specialist to join the Paid Search Team, part of our global community of 10,000 team members who are focused on using Meaningful Media to make a meaningful difference to brands, businesses, and people.The role will primarily be to lead the team in the analysis, optimization, and management of client accounts.Act as the day-to-day client contact for your performance media accountsYou are pivotal in providing data to help the team derive insight and to monitor performance.You are expected to proactively provide recommendations, ensure campaigns are meeting/exceeding goals, and continually analyze campaigns to boost performance.You may be responsible for independently managing smaller, less demanding clientsA DAY IN THE LIFE MIGHT LOOK LIKE:Campaign ManagementKeyword performance and ad copy developmentSet-up/ management of campaigns across Google & Microsoft with a clear understanding of account structure, ad creation, budget management, reporting requirements, client sector/ industry considerations, landing pages & tracking requirementsUnderstanding of additional vendors that could provide value to clientsOversee daily spend in line with targets and monthly budgetsBe an expert on campaign & bid management tools to manage keywords, ad groups, ads, etc. (inc. trafficking keywords)Work closely with Analysts to own new testing and optimization ideas to drive campaign performanceSupport and develop strategies for clientsSupport with account and campaign forecastsQA deliverablesBid Management & OptimizationManual bid optimizationUtilizing bid management tools such as Kenshoo, SA360, and Marin to optimize accounts according to client targetsBudget management – ensuring budgets are correctly optimized and managed according to forecast and plansAd optimization: analysis and new ad creation, with regular a/b testingCompetitor monitoring – monitor and analyze competitor activity through competitor monitoring technology providing key insight and trends to clients ReportingCreate and ensure accurate reporting to account/client specifications & KPI’sMonitor & analyze performance media data, via daily, weekly, and monthly reports, or on an ad hoc basis to drive optimization decisions and effectively manage performance media performanceUtilize competitor monitoring tools to analyze key trends to derive insight to drive optimizationEnsure client accounts are maintaining performance against targets/objectivesInterpret & provide insight on performance reporting data for clients on a regular/ ad-hoc basisPresent performance updates to clients on a regular and ad hoc basis AdminAccurate and timely billings and reconciliationOtherProactively reach out to colleagues to provide support to other clientsContinually seek out areas to continue learning and developing your skill setWhat You'll Need/SkillsExperience in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and SA360 is highly preferredIntermediate-Advanced level Excel skills preferred1-3 years of experience in paid search experienceDemonstrates attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsABOUT HAVAS MEDIA NETWORK NORTH AMERICA:Havas Media Network North America is the Media Experience agency.
