Growing and dynamic company is looking to hire Recruiter - HYBRID ROLE Job Duties Conduct initial assessments or interviews to evaluate candidate suitability and coordinate follow-ups Work closely with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles, align on priorities, and support the recruitment process Represent the company positively in all candidate interactions, enhancing engagement and retention Proactively identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of qualified candidates to support current and future hiring needs Using Boolean searches, social media, professional networks, and sourcing software Required Skills Prior sourcing experience Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), candidate relationship management (CRM) tools, Boolean search techniques, and sourcing platforms Relationship-building abilities Strong written communication for outreach Time management and organization Persistence and creativity in engagement Education High School Diploma/GED required Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, or a related field is a plus Equal Opportunity Employer / Disabled / Protected Veterans We also consider for employment qualified applicants regardless of criminal histories, consistent with legal requirements, including, if applicable, the City of Los Angeles’ Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance.
