Part-Time Community Association Manager (CAM)

Seacrest Services, a full-service property management company serving community associations throughout South Florida, is seeking an experienced Part-Time Community Association Manager (CAM) to manage a residential community in the Wellington, FL area. This role averages 22 hours per week, Monday–Friday, combining onsite community responsibilities with administrative work. You will oversee daily operations and serve as the primary liaison among the Board of Directors, residents, vendors, and Seacrest's internal teams. Ideal candidates work independently, stay organized, and follow through on community priorities, with support from regional leadership, accounting, administrative, and operational teams. Flexibility is required for Board and community meetings that may occur outside regular business hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage the assigned community's day-to-day administrative and operational needs, tracking action items through completion.
• Conduct routine property inspections, identify maintenance and compliance concerns, and recommend actions to the Board.
• Serve as the primary contact for Board members, residents, vendors, and contractors, providing timely, professional communication.
• Coordinate vendor services, obtain and evaluate bids and proposals, and monitor repairs, projects, and outstanding work.
• Prepare management reports and Board updates covering community operations, priorities, and open matters.
• Attend Board, annual, budget, and other community meetings as required.
• Administer community rules, policies, and procedures; document violations and coordinate related correspondence and Board reporting.
• Maintain organized digital records, contracts, correspondence, and community documentation, and coordinate resident notices.
• Partner with Seacrest's accounting and administrative teams on invoices, budgets, financial information, owner records, and other community needs.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Community Association Manager (CAM) license required.
• Previous community association or homeowners association (HOA) management experience and strong knowledge of community association operations.
• Experience coordinating vendors, maintenance activities, projects, and proposals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including confident, professional communication with Board members and residents.
• Strong organization, documentation, and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize responsibilities within a part-time schedule.
• Strong computer skills and comfort using digital records and management systems.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision while remaining dependable, responsive, and solutions-oriented.

Compensation

$37.50 per hour for a part-time schedule averaging 22 hours per week, Monday–Friday.
