• Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect, preferably with ServiceNow
• Strong knowledge of system integration and solution architecture
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions
• Familiarity with ITIL methodologies and frameworks
• Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
