Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Full-Time 2nd & 3rd Shift

Let’s skip the typical job-ad fluff.

Being a CNA is hard work. Some shifts are great. Some are hectic. Residents need you whether you’re having an easy day or a crazy one. You’ll answer call lights, provide personal care, help with meals, transfers and toileting, document your work, and probably walk more steps in one shift than you planned to all week.

But you’ll also know your residents.

You’ll know who wants their coffee a certain way, who needs an extra minute getting out of bed, who loves to joke with you, and who can tell immediately when you’ve had a rough day.

That’s long-term care. And that’s why good CNAs matter.

Luther Manor is looking for full-time CNAs for 2nd and 3rd shift who want to be part of a team that takes resident care seriously.

We don't expect perfection. We do expect you to:

• Show up when you're scheduled and be someone your coworkers can count on.
• Treat residents with dignity, patience and respect.
• Answer call lights and help your teammates instead of deciding, “That’s not my resident.”
• Speak up when you notice a change in a resident.
• Work hard — because CNA work is physical, busy and important.
• Bring the occasional sense of humor. It helps around here.

What you can expect from us:

Current Missouri CNA certification required.
