General Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service and insure safe conditions at the Store Learn the functions and responsibilities of the General Manager position Successfully complete the On the Job Training (OJT) modules Operate the store and ensure all company policies and procedures are followed as directed by the Area Manager Qualifications / Experience / Education Excellent communication, customer service and leadershipskills required Minimum of 1 year Retail management or relevant experience required.
