\nAs an Affordable Housing Leasing Professional, you ll play a key role in creating an outstanding living experience for both current and prospective residents. This position reports to the property manager.\n
\n
\nPrimary Responsibilities Include:\n
\n
\nGreeting prospective residents, conducting tours, and identifying their housing needs\n
\n
\nAssisting with leasing paperwork, including applications, lease agreements, and background and credit checks\n
\n
\nCollecting rent, security deposits, and other move-in fees\n
\n
\nCommunicating lease terms and community policies to new and existing residents\n
\n
\nFollowing up with prospects who haven t leased\n
\n
\nEnsuring apartments are move-in ready by inspecting, and adding last minute touches when appropriate\n
\n
\nImplementing creative marketing techniques to attract new residents\n
\n
\nManaging lease renewals and resident retention efforts\n
\n
\nResponding promptly to all calls, emails, and inquiries\n
\n

\nRequirements:\n
\n
\nTax Credit experience preferred\n
\n
\nAbility to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing\n
\n
\nBasic computer knowledge including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel and exposure to social media\n
\n
\nKnowledge of leasing software is a plus including Yardi, Blue Moon, Entrata Onesite, MRI, etc.\n
\n
\nAbility to work weekends as required\n
\n
