Responsibilities As a Manager in Training (MT), you will start learning our business from day one while based at one of our neighborhood branches. You will be the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the operational expert behind the scenes. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills required to ultimately run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team. Provide customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations support. Build community relationships essential to building your own business. Demonstrate a culture of putting customers first and healthy friendly competition. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled with one semester left to graduate. At least six months experience in sales (server, fundraising, recruiting, cold calling), customer service, or leadership (military and/or college or professional athletics participation considered in lieu of sales or customer service experience). Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents within last three years. No drug or alcohol‑related conviction on driving record in past five years (i.e., DUI/DWI).
