Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all human resource functions to support team members and business goals
- Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures

Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or related field
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, with availability for on-call, day shift, and weekend hours as needed
