About the Role
We are looking for an outstanding personality in Executive / VIP Business Travel Consulting to provide our executives and high-value clients with a true seven-star service experience. In this role, it's not just about bookings – executive travel is highly personalized, time-critical, and based on trust and relationships. You ideally bring experience from hospitality, premium travel, or luxury customer service and understand how contact center operations work: productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction must be in balance. You work confidently in a fast-paced environment, manage complex itineraries, and make confident decisions on behalf of demanding clients.
GDS experience is a plus – but not a must. If your service mindset, judgment, and attention to detail are right, we'll provide the training.
Success in this role looks like:
- Providing seamless, proactive, and forward-thinking support for executive and VIP travelers
- Acting as a trusted advisor – not just a booking agent
- Handling complex and last-minute changes calmly and professionally
- Achieving consistently strong CSAT scores while meeting productivity goals
- Demonstrating ownership, judgment, and responsibility in every interaction
Your Responsibilities
- End-to-end support for executive and VIP business trips (flight, hotel, transfers, special requests)
- Expert recommendations considering preferences, travel policies, and duty of care
- Quick, empathetic, and precise solutions for travel disruptions or emergencies
- Support across multiple channels (phone, chat, email) in a dynamic executive care environment
- Delivering premium service while meeting KPIs like productivity, handle time, and SLA
- Building long-term relationships through consistently excellent service
- Collaborating closely with the team to maintain an elite service culture
What You Bring
Must-have:
- Proven experience in high-touch premium customer service (executive travel, hospitality, aviation, luxury brands, etc.)
- GDS experience (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc.)
- Understanding of contact center metrics like productivity, efficiency, and CSAT
- Outstanding communication skills with a confident, professional demeanor
- Calmness, decisiveness, and problem-solving under pressure
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
Nice-to-have:
- Experience dealing with senior stakeholders, C-level, or high-net-worth clients
- Experience with out-of-hours, follow-the-sun, or on-call travel support

At Perk, we take an IRL-first approach to work, where our team works together in-person 3 days a week. As such, this role requires you to be based within commuting distance of our hubs.
